Previously served as Managing Director & Partner at BCG, leading consumer and retail practices internationally out of the Netherlands, the UK, Switzerland and the US. In more than 20 years at BCG, I developed deep expertise in commercial excellence, M&A, strategy and digital transformation while working across global markets. I am passionate about attracting and retaining top talents, having led BCG’s recruiting in the Netherlands and across Europe for many years.
